I just finished the Fall Open Studio at the Digital Art Academy. I just love that place and the instructors are incredible! If you ever think you might like to try your hand at digital art. I say jump in. It is so fun. I highly recommend the best place to get started is at The Digital Art Academy. More of my digital paintings can be seen at: http://digitalartbyfrancine.com

Excerpt from email talking about digital painting.
Jeremy’s DVDs are fabulous. I will have to get them. Also, if you use Painter, Cher Pendarvis’ The Painter Wow! Book is outstanding as a reference and like having a mini art gallery of your own. I have been fortunate to have a painting and some of my dolls that used faces painted in Painter in her last two Wow! books. Yes I have almost everything I can get my hands on regarding Painter. I knew your dolls looked familar. I did see them in her book! I am attending a Jeremy Sutton online talk coming up the 25th I believe. Have you been to the Digital Art Academy….I love taking classes there also. My favorite instructor is Karen Bonaker very good instructor. Last session was on fantasy art and the things that were created by all were quite magical. Also of course the free forums have really great supportive artists there also. I especially enjoy Painter Talk. Marylin Sholin has one that you pay for.
Thank you for your compliments and for visiting my web site. Well your work is fabulous. Your work on silk is so inspiring! Thank you…I just sent you an invitation to the online community network associated with Silk Painting Gallery please join us. There is no charge for this….just share. I will be posting more of my digital work on http://artbyfrancine.com soon and my portrait site http://artspiritportraits.com I love so many art forms I try to keep them a little separate as not to seem so scattered. Currently I am working on ways to combine my love of silk painting into collages done digitally! Nice chatting with you Rheba…check out the Painter Talk Community…it has some really neat folks there also! Ok back to work for me.
Warm regards, Francine
Rheba
